Leading From Within is a four-hour virtual, interactive ethics workshop via Zoom. This is designed for supervisors, aspiring supervisors and those in leadership positions in the behavioral health field. Leading From Within takes a look at ethics from the perspective of leadership. Participants will have an opportunity to explore challenges of balancing the responsibilities while continuing to enhance their own leadership skills. We will explore the need for developing and maintaining ethical integrity and individual ethics relating to supervisory positions.
