About Cheryl…

Cheryl LeBlond, LCSW works closely with individuals and groups to increase personal competence in decision making. She provides organizational support, code development and facilitates the operationalizing of values and culture for professional groups.

Starting out in behavioral health emergency services for inner-city youth in Boston, she has over 30 years of extensive experience in diverse clinical settings providing program, system, strategic and leadership development. She has been a Trainer of Trainers for the Institute for Global Ethics and the Prevention Research Institute. Cheryl has held clinical and director level positions within the Maine behavioral health system. She has worked with organizations in Maine and around the country, including The Citadel, The JM Smucker Company, and the Federal Reserve. She is a clinical supervisor and adjunct staff for a community behavioral health agency, a member of the Maine Prevention Certification Board and a member of the Coastal Healthcare Alliance’s ethics committee. Cheryl lives in Maine with her family and is actively involved with her community.
