What happens when we experience others making an ethical lapse? This workshop explores the elements of difficult decisions and taking the next step. This 4-hour workshop brings awareness to not just resolving ethical dilemmas but having the moral courage to address unethical behavior and practices. As children we were encouraged to speak up; have the courage to talk to peers and know when to bring something to an adult. What about now as adults? We’ll explore what happens when we have a strong sense of values and how to find the courage to engage in the next step. Contact me if you are interested in joining the next workshop.
